What does Trade Receivables Turnover Ratio indicate?

SOLUTION

It indicates the speed with which the amount is collected from trade receivables. It is calculated as follows: Trade Receivable Turnover Ratio = Net Credit Revenue from Operations / Average Trade Receivables.
